Shipping + Returns

If an item is in stock, it will be shipped to you within 3 business days of order placement. If an item is "out of stock" or a custom order, it will be shipped to you within 2-3 weeks of your order date. If, however, you are in need of a piece sooner than that time, please let us know, and we may be able to work with you. 

Everything is shipped via the United States Postal Service First Class Mail with tracking and full insurance included.

International – 8 to 14 business days

Sales tax is applied as needed and charges will appear automatically during your checkout.

Exchanges & Returns

Complete satisfaction with your purchase is incredibly important to us. If you decide that you would like to return or exchange your purchase we will be happy to work with you.

Please email to info@kerstintuebeljewelry.com prior to returning an item within a maximum of 48 hours following receipt of the order.

All returns must:

  • Be in the same condition as when it was received

  • Include the original Kerstin Tuebel Jewelry packaging and tags

  • Note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a refund of your payment

  • Be shipped at the customer’s expense, via a trackable delivery service and insured at full retail value; Customer is fully responsible for the product until received back by Kerstin Tuebel Jewelry.

  • Be packed properly in order to avoid loss or damage; Customer is responsible for the condition of the goods as received by Kerstin Tuebel Jewelry.

Custom orders are nonreturnable, nonrefundable, and nonexchangeable.
